Our TAP guest, Australia’s Lovely Porridge, had relayed a story about a family trip to the sea shore when he was a boy. He asked about modern Westerners losing their grip on what makes such things worthwhile, that they seek tangible results they can “get” out of an experience or circumstance.
It spurned on my response here about harmonizing our romantic and rational natures.
